Last updated: May 18, 2026
Welcome to Scenivo.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of the Scenivo platform (“Scenivo”, “we”,
“us”, or “our”), operated by Uniweb, a company
registered in France.
By accessing or using Scenivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. Description of the Service
Scenivo is a band management software platform designed to help music
groups and related professionals manage live performances, stage plots,
setlists, finances, contacts, and related data.
Scenivo is currently provided in an early-access phase. Features may
change, evolve, or be removed at any time, with reasonable notice when
practical.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Scenivo. By creating an
account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and
that you have the authority to use the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Keeping your contact and billing information up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Plans and Payments
Scenivo offers a free plan with core features, and
paid plans (currently BAND, MANAGER,
and PREMIUM) unlocking additional features and higher
quotas.
- Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Stripe).
- You may upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where
required by applicable consumer protection law. - Pricing may change with prior notice; existing subscribers will be
notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Scenivo,
including but not limited to stage plots, input lists, setlists,
financial data, contacts, and event information.
By using Scenivo, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free
license to host, process, store, display, and transmit your content
solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the
platform.
We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export or delete
it at any time.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Scenivo lets you connect optional third-party services such as Google
Calendar, Spotify, and others. When you connect such a service:
- You authorize Scenivo to access and process data from that service
on your behalf, within the scope you have approved. - Your use of the third-party service remains subject to that
service’s own terms and privacy policy. - You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account
settings.
7. AI Features
Scenivo offers AI-assisted features (poster generation, song
suggestions, EPK content). These features:
- Are subject to monthly usage quotas defined by your plan.
- Use third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) to process
inputs you provide. - May produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased outputs — you
are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated
content before using it publicly.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the system.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Misuse other users’ data or attempt to access accounts that
do not belong to you. - Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the service.
- Use the AI features to generate content that violates intellectual
property rights, depicts minors inappropriately, or otherwise
violates applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design elements, and platform architecture
related to Scenivo remain the exclusive property of Uniweb.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scenivo is provided
“as is” and
“as available”, without warranty of any
kind.
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Business interruption resulting from third-party service outages
(e.g. Google API downtime).
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded
under applicable law (notably consumer protection rights for
non-professional users in the EU).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Scenivo if:
- You violate these Terms.
- A payment fails and is not cured within 14 days.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We discontinue the service (with at least 60 days’ notice
and the ability to export your data).
You may stop using the platform at any time. Subscription
cancellations are handled in Section 4.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European
Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
competent courts in Toulouse, France, except where mandatory consumer
protection rules grant you the right to file claims in your country
of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we
will notify users through the platform or by email at least 30 days
before they take effect. Continued use of Scenivo after updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
